The genocidal war in Gaza has been raging since Oct 7, 2023 and has claimed the lives of more than 40,000 Palestinians. Gaza is occupied and dehumanised.

In reaction to the murder of Hamas populist leader Ismail Hania, Iran is itching to strike Iran. To refrain Iran from attacking, the US has deployed its aircraft carrier and warships in the Persian Gulf.

Iran is now the biggest irritant and a threat for Israel and the US and is seen as the only impediment in the way of the accomplishment of their global ambitions. Both are looking for opportunities to destroy Iran’s nuclear facilities. Russia being an ally of Iran, has hastened to supply the S-400 air defence missile system to Iran.

The last counter action by Iran couldn’t achieve much because of the ring of AD systems placed around Iran, which acted as the first line of defence for Israel. The same airbases have once again been put on a high alert, which includes some Arab States. In case of missile and drone attacks by Iran and its proxies in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Gaza and Yemen, the US and its allied would not only shoot down the flying projectiles, but would also target Iran’s nuclear and missile sites.

In the wake of the formidable air defence systems, it is to be seen what sort of strategy Iran would adopt to achieve its objective of revenge and also avoid a full-scale war.

Positioning of nuclear tipped warships in the critical zone have put the safe passage of cargo ships through the strategic Hormuz Strait is in jeopardy. Iran has the capability to block Hormuz by mining it or making effective use of speed boats.

War criminal Netanyahu is in no mood to cease fire, or to withdraw his forces from Gaza due to his militarist ambitions. Netanyahu wants a ceasefire on his terms, and the peacemakers are pressing Hamas to accept Israel’s unfair demands.

The US is continuing to feed the genocidal war despite the mounting domestic pressure and outrage of the international community.

There is no let up in the resistance put up by the Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthis. The latter have disrupted the movement of Israeli and Israel friendly ships through the Red Sea and Bab Al Mandab. A Greek oil tanker has been destroyed raising stakes for full scale war.

bombing of Yemen

Relentless bombing of Yemen by the US and UK forces has not deterred the Houthis from supporting the besieged Gazans, locked up in the biggest concentration camp, in which life of the caged people is of no value. They are being starved to death.

Frustrated and desperate Israeli leadership failing to break the will of the people of marooned Gaza Strip through record breaking reckless bombings, could opt for nuking the enclave.

Possible closure of Hormuz, Bab Al Mandab and Suez Canal would have a devastating impact upon the economy of Europe as well as the world as a whole.

The western war mongers, who have been constantly supplying funds and latest art-of-the-state weapons & equipment to make Ukraine a graveyard for Russia, are feeling the pinch of expenses, especially because of their wholehearted support to the beleaguered Ukraine since Feb 2022.

Despite ephemeral Western support in terms of sophisticated air and ground weapons systems and plentiful cash, Ukraine is losing the war. Its gains are much less than losses.
Its forces have been suffering a series of reverses.

The latest offensive launched by the Ukrainian Army in the Kursk region has no punch, and is likely to fizzle out like a damp squib. Poland has been giving indicators of jumping into the cauldron of Ukraine, but that seems unlikely. None want the war to expand.

Heavy bombardments by the Russian military have destroyed Kiev’s economy, industry, energy and transport sectors.

Flourishing cities are in ruins. The country is under massive debt and is totally dependent upon the western support. The State Security forces are resorting to terrorism against own people. The state machinery is obsessed with Russophobia and to eliminate all traces of Russian culture and heritage. Zelensky is bent upon joining the EU and NATO. The Russian speaking people in Lohansk, Donbas and Crimea are being made irrelevant.

Zelensky is an American puppet, who at the behest of his so-called mentor, has destroyed and depopulated his country. Putin has made it clear that the occupied territories in eastern and southern Ukraine are now integral parts of the Russian Federation, and he wouldn’t hesitate from using tactical nuclear weapons in case the NATO joins the war and tries to recapture the lost spaces. He is drawing strength from China and nuclear North Korea as well as SCO.

As regards the US -China tussle for supremacy, the situation in the South China Sea and Taiwan Strait is heating up.

So far, all efforts made by the USA and its strategic allies to contain China’s economic growth have not proved successful. Formation of QUAD and AUKUS in the Pacific Ocean, making India the policeman of the Indo-Pacific region and a bulwark against China, and policy of imposing harsh trade tariffs and sanctions proved infructuous.

It is safe to conclude that the USA is a descending power and China is an ascending power. China’s policy of peace, friendship and shared benefits promoted through its One-Belt-One-Road initiative, is likely to make China the next super power.
