Speakers at the seminar included Director General CDS Dr. Irfan Ashraf, Sardar Qamar Rashid, Ishaq Jabali, Sardar Ejaz, Sardar Azam Gul, Raja Salim, Sardar Iqram Mansaf, Sardar Zaid Advocate Qabaili, Munir Ahmed Qadri, Sardar Riyaz Jaboote, Advocate Shaukat, Sardar Zahoor, and others.
The speakers termed the resolution of July 19, 1947, a milestone in the history of Jammu and Kashmir. They stated that Ghazi-e-Millat Sardar Ibrahim and his companions made a decision on July 19, 1947, that determined the bright future of the state.
